We have so much to be grateful for, this year especially. We are grateful for our family, friends, clients, pets, and of course our health. 2021 has been another crazy year with the pandemic still affecting people around the world. We are thankful that we can celebrate Thanksgiving in person and spend some quality time with our loved ones.
Here are some yummy recipes that we'd like to share with everyone. It can sometimes feel monotonous with the same exact dishes every year, but trying a new recipe or new style of dish can make the world of a difference.
BA's Best Green Bean Casserole
No soggy green beans here! This is Bon Appetit magazine's tried and true recipe for the staple dish. It features a bechamel sauce (which is butter, flour, and milk) instead of the classic Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup, giving the casserole a more complex flavor.
5 Ingredient Potato Gratin
If you're tired of the same old mashed potatoes, try out this potato gratin alternative instead. At only 5 ingredients, you won't have to spend all day grocery shopping and cooking.
Perfect Pumpkin Pie
Successfully baking a pie from scratch is no easy feat, especially if you're trying to nail that flaky crust and have a properly set filling that is the perfect custardy texture. Pro baker Jen Segal has a foolproof recipe that is sure to impress your friends and family this Thanksgiving.
