It's easy to get comfortable with the looks we have going in our spaces, but there are affordable and effective ways to liven it up! One of the best ways is to add some greenery or plants (real or faux). There are actually some very real looking faux plants nowadays, but on the other hand you also want to stay away from the super plastic-looking greenery just because it's cheaper.
Fiddle leaf trees are all the rage right now and we're all for it! They come in different heights and always seem to fill a space perfectly. The large billowing leaves are perfect for an empty corner, and look absolutely gorgeous next to a window. Any sort of larger tree is perfect for those random empty corner that you don't know what to do with! To spruce it up even more you can throw it in a cute basket or pot.

Tabletop plants are another great way to add some life and even some color! There are so many different types of plants to choose from, it all depends on what you like. Something to always keep in mind is where the plant is going, so that the scale of it isn't disproportionate. For example, you don't want a 4 foot plant sitting on a low table. Florals, leafy plants, succulents, etc. are great to tie together table decor. Florals and leafy plants can add some height to an arrangement (eucalyptus leaves are our fave). Whereas succulents complement arrangements that already have some height.
