Alright ladies and gents we have a very exciting and important decision to make and we want you guys to be involved! Remember our Betty Lane projects? We added a fun colored front door since they were both modern farmhouses with white exterior. Well, we have another project with the same builder and we want to get a paint color for the front door picked out! On the others we did a lighter mint and a royal blue, so we want to do something different from those.
The interior of the home is mostly neutral tones with some neutral patterned tile in a couple bathrooms and a bold navy blue island. The exterior will also be white (possibly with a black garage door) and a medium toned short wood fence surrounding the front yard. Here are some color tones that we're considering....
We're definitely aware that whether we go with the black garage or not will determine what we're able to use, and we're also aware that the pink and yellow would definitely be bold choices and turn off potential buyers BUT we like seeing how people react to certain design options.
